Items: Cruise, Cruise tour, Cruise Plus Package, pre-purchased gift(s)/special services. ^For those passengers booking a reduced deposit promotion, the initial cancellation fee amount will not exceed the deposit required/paid. ^Holiday Departure is the earlier of the cruise, cruise tour, or hotel package start date.
1.2 Cancellation by Cruise line
In the unlikely event that the cruise line must cancel a cruise, customers will receive a full refund of all amounts paid. This refund will cover the entire cost of the cruise, including any deposits, fees, and additional charges that were paid. The refund will be processed automatically, and customers do not need to take any action to receive their refund.
Please note, this policy ensures that all amounts paid will be returned to the customer in the event of a cancellation initiated by the cruise line. Any alternative solutions provided by the cruise line will be communicated to the customer accordingly.
If travel restrictions or force majeure events (such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government-imposed travel bans) prevent the cruise from taking place, the cruise line will offer the following options, subject to availability:

3.1 Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, customers must contact our customer service team by phone or email. The request must include the booking number, passenger names, and reason for cancellation.
3.2 Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 14-21 business days of receiving the cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Customers may transfer their booking to another person up to 45 days before the departure date without incurring any additional charges. The new passenger must meet all the requirements of the cruise, including any age restrictions or health protocols.
Book Cruise Vacations reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers in a timely manner and will apply to bookings made after the effective date of the changes.
